Shediac NB is such a quaint little oceanfront beach town, and is always a great place to get married. Especially if your parents have had a family cottage for many years that’s just steps away from the beach!
The Groom, Patrick, is also a photographer, and it was he who originally reached out to me about shooting his and Lauren’s wedding. Usually, when it’s the groom who contacts me first, I can know it’s going to be a great day!
Patrick got prepared at the historic Tait House.
Lauren and Pat’s wedding day was warm and sunny, and filled with tender personal touches like love letters and lots of time scheduled for just the two of them (and the photographers), starting with a private First Look.
The ceremony location itself was in the neighbours yard at her parent’s cottage, on a bank overlooking Parlee Beach. Followed by a *smallish and super fun reception and meal back in town. It was hard to get these two to stop laughing . Not that I tried 😉
